Treatment bookings can be made by calling us on 01132 880155, emailing us either directly or via the website on info@cristalbeauty.co.uk, messaging us on Facebook or Instagram on @cristalbeautyuk or by texting the Salon mobile on 07522 384183.  If you are unsure of the best treatment for you, please feel free to call us or book a free consultation with one of our highly skilled therapists who will be delighted to advise you.  

When you make your first booking with us you will be emailed a Client Record Form and Medical Questionnaire to complete and submit back to us before the day of your appointment.  We ask that you spend a few moments completing this form with as much detail as possible so that we can ensure you get the very best treatment to suit your requirements.  This and any other forms we may send you are allow us to make an informed decision about your suitability for treatment and are completely confidential.

Some medications or procedures can cause sensitivity to the skin and therefore may prevent planned treatments from being carried out.  We will always try our best to find an alternative treatment when possible but if you feel that your medication or procedure may restrict your treatment, please call us prior to your treatment and we will be happy to advise you further.  Please remember to keep us updated with any changes to your medical history.

We will do our utmost to ensure you receive your full treatment time, however in the case of late arrivals during busy periods, it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time.

We kindly request no less than 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment or regrettably a cancellation charge of 50% of the full treatment cost will apply.  For 'no shows', the full cost of the treatment will apply.  We appreciate that life sometimes throws a spanner in the works but where a Client regularly cancels or 'no shows', regrettably we will require a non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee charge of 50% of the full treatment cost of any future bookings.
